Introduktion

Denna implementationsguide innehåller profiler framtagna för att kunna utbyta grundläggande transfusionsinformation mellan regioner. Implementationsguiden är framtagen som en del av en Masteruppsats inom programmet Hälsoinformatik på Karolinska Institutet i samarbete med Västra Götalandsregionen.

Användningsfall

Informationen som representeras i implementationsguiden motsvarar den mest grundläggande patientinformation som behövs för att fatta beslut i transfusionsprocessen när patienter får regionsöverskridande vård. Informationen har identiferiats genom intervjuer med läkare och biomedicinska analytiker inom transfusionmedicin i sex svenska regioner. Som del av arbetet har tre informationsnivåer identiferats. Dessa beskrivs i tabellen nedan. För närvarande är det bara core-level information som finns repressenterad i den här IG:n.

Eftersom det även fanns en önskan att kunna kategorisera analyssvar utifrån organisation inkluderades även Blodcentral i den grundläggande informationen.

Sekvensdiagrammet nedan beskriver hur överföring av core-informationen går till när en patient vårdas i annan region, eller återvänder till hemregionen efter vårdtillfälle i annan region.

Detta kan ses som en baseline för den mest grundläggande transfusioninformation som troligtvis kommer behöva utbytas för majoriteten inom användarfallet. Om innehållet i implementationsguiden så småningom utökas för att även innehålla de andra informationsmängderna eller täcka fler use case är det troligt att den här grundinformationen ändå kommer behövas för de flesta patienter, medan mer detaljerad nivå, såsom fenotypning, anti-d profylax mm kanske endast behövs för vissa patientgrupper (tex. patienter med långvariga transfusionsbehov och kvinnor).
