This base profile is to be used when profiling the Encounter resource in VGR. |
| VGR Base Patient |
This base profile is to be used when profiling the Patient resource in VGR. This profile is based on the Swedish Base Profile for Patient. |
These define identifier and/or code system identities used by systems conforming to this implementation guide.
| Nationellt Reservnummer NamingSystem |
Swedish national reserve identifier (nationellt reservnummer, NRID) is a unique identification number issued by Inera for individuals who need to be identified in healthcare or administrative systems but do not have a Swedish personal identity number (personnummer) or coordination number (samordningsnummer). |
| Personnummer NamingSystem |
Swedish National identification number system 'personnummer', idenfication number issued to individuals who are registered as residents. |
| Samordningsnummer NamingSystem |
NamingSystem for the Swedish National identification number system 'samordningsnummer', idenfication number issued to individuals who are not registered as residents but still need official ID for a limited time, a k a 'samordningsnummer'. |
| V??rd- och omsorgsform NamingSystem |
NamingSystem for the Swedish HSA V??rd- och omsorgsform code system which has an OID but no URI. The code system is used to identify the type of care and social services provided to a patient during an encounter. |
| VGR GRID NamingSystem |
Superseded regional identification system for patients maintained and unique within V??stra G??talandsregionen, a k a 'Gammalt reservnummer'. |

Regional identification system for patients maintained and unique within V??stra G??talandsregionen, a k a 'lokalt reservnummer' (Lokalt reservnummer). |
